ÁR GCUID SAOTHAIR
Cruthaímid ábhar mealltach a thacaíonn le healaíontóirí, a chuireann forbairt agus rannpháirtíocht chultúrtha chun cinn, agus a chuidíonn le constaicí a bhaint i dtaca le mionlaigh agus mion-phobail ilchineálacha sa sochaí. Le léiriúcháin comhaimseartha mar “Imeall” (TG4), sraith ealaíne a ghnóthaigh gradam IFTA, agus “Voices of Ireland” (Sky Arts) a bhuaigh gradam RTS Ireland, tá sé mar chuspóir againn cláracha ealaíne agus cláracha i nGaeilge a chraoladh go forleathan go lucht féachana níos fairsinge ná riamh. Le léiriúcháin eile atá dírithe ar lucht féachana ar leith, mar “Gradam Ceoil” (TG4), “Fleadh Cheoil” (RTÉ) agus “Bláth na hAoise” (TG4), tá sé mar phríomh-aidhm againn scéalta ár muintire uilig ar oileán na hÉireann a insint, ionas go gcloisfear na guthanna ar fad atá ag múnlú scéil cultúrtha na tíre, ós na laochra liteartha is mó go dtí na healaíontóirí pobail áitiúla is cruthaithí.
Maraon le comhpháirtíocht le healaíontóirí, tá ceangal daingean forbartha againn le páirtithe leasmhara ar fud na hÉireann, ó eagrais rialtais go grúpaí pobail agus eagrais neamhrialtasacha. Tugaimid tosaíocht do ghníomhaíocht neamh-scáileáin freisin, chun teacht ar bhealaigh atá samhlaíoch, fáilteach agus inspioráideach le rannpháirtíocht a spreagadh i measc pobail, bailte agus féilte ar fud na tíre. Tá an-taithí againn, chomh maith, ar a bheith ag plé le tionscnaimh náisiúnta agus tras-teorainn. Le Comhairle Cathrach Bhéal Feirste, agus An Duncairn - mar chuid de “Gradam Ceoil” (TG4) – bhí Red Shoe Productions dlúthpháirteach i gcruthú scéime sparánachta úr a thacaíonn leis an óige a gcuid cruthaitheachta agus a gcultúr a léiriú agus ceol traidisiúnta a chur chun cinn sa Tuaisceart. Rinneamar comhoibriú freisin le NI Screen agus An Ciste Craoltóireachta Gaeilge (ILBF) chun forbairt a dhéanamh ar fhoireann oilte oibre atá ábalta feidhmiú trí mheán na Gaeilge, agus is gné lárnach é seo dár straitéis gnó agus dár gcultúr eagraíochtúil i gcónaí.

WHAT WE DO
We create engaging content that supports artists, promotes cultural development and participation, and helps to break barriers in areas of diversity and minority groups. Through contemporary productions like IFTA-winning “Imeall” (TG4) and RTS Ireland award-winning “Voices of Ireland” (Sky Arts), our vision is to push the boundaries of the reach of arts programming and the Irish language. With more localised and targeted productions like “Gradam Ceoil” (TG4), “Fleadh Cheoil” (RTÉ) and “Bláth na hAoise” (TG4), our core aim is to champion and showcase the voices that shape the cultural narrative of our nation, be they literary giants or local community artists.
As well as artist partnerships, we have developed significant relationships across Ireland with key stakeholders, from governmental bodies to community groups to NGOs. Off-screen activity is priority, coming up with inventive, inclusive, and inspirational ways to encourage participation within communities, towns, and festivals. We also have extensive experience in nationwide and cross-border initiatives. With Belfast City Council, and The Duncairn - as part of “Gradam Ceoil” (TG4) – we helped to create an inaugural bursary scheme supporting creativity and cultural expression for young people to help promote traditional music in the North. We also collaborated with NI Screen and the ILBF (Irish Language Broadcast Fund) to develop skilled crew with the capacity to work in Irish, and this remains a core aspect of our business strategy and organisational culture.
